I have upgraded to Finale 2014 with Window 8, 64 bit. I put the Kontakt 5 player.dll file into C:\program data\make music\finale 2014\VST support, but I am unable to get Finale to recognize the Kontat 5 player. Any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong?

You may want to check with MakeMusic support to be absolutely sure, but according to [url=https://www.tapspace.com/hesksupport/knowledgebase.php?article=99]this article[/url], that .dll file would go here:
