Hi,

My name is Keith and i was wondering if someone could help me out some instrument changes in Sibelius.  I'm VDL 2.5 and I have already made instrument changes from the Vibes to slapstick and several other places. 

I have four instances of Kontakt 5 available.  Im having trouble with making instrument changes on the Bass Drum/gong combo staff.  It will load the sound, i can play the part into the staff, but the instrument wont sound on playback. 

Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi! When you're inputting the notes into the BD/Tam Tam staff, does it still fail to play the sounds if you continue to input sounds for several measures? There's a glitch in Sibelius where for some reason, sounds take anywhere from half a measure to a measure and a half to start sounding. But, once they start making a sound you can copy those sounds into the bar where your instrument change occurs and they'll play back. Just a weird glitch.

Not sure if this helps, but it's something I encounter and it's been talked about on official VDL videos.
