Our servers are extremely fast and reliable. We use the Amazon S3 cloud network as our primary file-server solution. The Conduct downloader utility (previously called Connect) was designed by Continuata to provide fast and reliable multi-threaded downloading to maximize your internet connection completely. It also includes error detection and correction and automatic unarchiving and assembly (once all files are downloaded completely). If it finds a problem with a file after downloading, it will try to get the file again until it succeeds.
However, we can’t control both ends of the connection. There are several common reasons that some users may experience difficulty downloading our products through the Conduct downloader application, even if they have a normally reliable broadband connection. If you are experiencing issues of this nature, please take a few moments to verify that your internet connection is behaving adequately. If it isn't, contact your internet service provider for assistance
