Our servers are actually extremely fast and reliable. We use the Amazon S3 cloud network as our primary file-server solution. Our download utility was designed to provide fast and reliable multi-threaded downloading to maximize your internet connection completely. It also includes error detection and correction and automatic unarchiving and assembly (once all files are downloaded completely). If it finds a problem with a file after downloading, it will try to get the file again until it succeeds.
However, we can’t control both ends of the connection. There are several common reasons that some users may experience difficulty downloading our products through the Tapspace Downloader application, even if they have a normally reliable broadband connection. If you are experiencing issues of this nature, please take a few moments to verify that your internet connection is behaving adequately. If it isn't, contact your internet service provider for assistance.
Alternately, you may also use the manual download method of downloading your product instead of using the Tapspace Downloader app. The email you receive after successfully purchasing your product will contain instructions on how to do this.
