When attempting to register your product in Native Access, the following error may occur when you attempt to "Add A Serial". 


This serial has already been registered. If your account doesn't already contain this product, you can follow these steps, or contact support for more assistance.



This message may indicate that the wrong login credentials are being used when signing into Native Access. Log in using the original email address that was used when you first registered your product with Native Instruments.


If you cannot remember your login information, use the "Forgot Your Password" request option available on the Native instruments website to reset your password. If you no longer have access to the original email address, you will need to contact Tapspace Support so we can assist on the back end.
