Native Access 2 is the latest version of the software used to activate the Virtual Drumline library (and any other Native Instruments based software). Upon activating Virtual Drumline 2.5 in Native Access, you may experience an error message stating "That path is invalid."

If you see this, it means you are attempting to activate a VDL version prior to 2.5.6. We recommend you download the latest version of VDL and this problem should not occur.


The "how to fix this" article provided by Native Instruments isn't likely to solve the problem for Virtual Drumline, so using VDL library version 2.5.6 is your best bet!
