If you have a broken or lost disk, we offer replacement disks (or downloadable files). You'll need to supply proof of purchase, after which we will manually fulfill the order. We offer replacements in the following categories:
- Virtual Drumline DVD — registered users may purchase a replacement disk (or downloadable files) for $15, shipping included. Your original VDL serial number is required. Click here to get started.
- Parts CD-ROM or DVD-ROM — If you lost or broke the disk containing your PDF parts, click here to replace it with downloadable files for $5 with proof of original purchase.
Each of these options requires a proof of purchase and a few other bits of information before adding the item to your shopping cart.
